How to use MoodBites to track digestion, diet and meals

At the moment, MoodBites is only available in English, so you may be confused by some of its options. So that you learn a get the most out of it, here is a short guide on how to use it:

  • When you first open MoodBites, you will need to login with your Google or Facebook account.
  • After entering the main interface, press the key yellow «+» button to start creating your food diary.
  • To book a meal, tap Add the food.
  • Here you will have to enter what you ate, what ingredients it had and what time you ate. At the time of entering this information You should write the food names in English (use DeepL or Google Translate for this) to choose the default options, although the app can record names in any language.
